Syslog Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with the Timber Agent, you can add a parameter to the command that will produce a log file: --output-log-file /var/log/timber-agent.log. This log file will contain troubleshooting information which you can send to us at support@timber.io.

It is not recommended that you run the Agent with the log file in a production setting. The log file will grow unbounded and could cause disk issues.
